weeknotes 3: ran out of funny things to say
life
infectious diseases is over, hopefully I've left the worst behind me. I'm glad I'm being treated like a human again lol.
one of my friends came to town and we hung out. we tried a new coffee shop that opened somewhat recently. I had a huge croissant the size of my head filled with cream and topped with blueberries, strawberries and blackberries (the whole berry package). it was great. I think I just really like the berry flavour combo. we went out for drinks and dinner after that and that was fun.
blog things
I spent a lot of time working on my silly little 88x31 button. my whole internet persona seems to be around jiji from kikis delivery service. funny thing is I didn't know where that photo was from before I picked it. I had random people on discord telling me it's origin so I had to watch the movie.
anyways I did a little pixel art of jiji and I think it turned out amazing. I don't really have any experience with art so that was a suprise. btw if you want to do your own 88x31 button there are couple of options as websites.
or you could do what I did and go all out on a pixel art program. (I used pixilart because it was the first thing that caught my eye.) anyway, it's fun you should definitely add a button or a collection of buttons to your site/blog.
